How do I book an experience?

All bookings are done online through our secure booking system.

Simply choose your experience, date, and time, then complete payment to reserve your spot.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Yes. All experiences are paid in full at the time of booking. This ensures fair scheduling and reduces no-shows.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Also cashapp, Applepay, and Klarna.

Can I book for a group or party?

Yes! We offer private group bookings, birthday parties, and events.

What is your cancellation policy?

No refunds will be given. Only reschedules. You must cancel at least 2hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

🔫 AIRSOFT EXPERIENCE

Is this traditional airsoft?

No — our airsoft games are objective-based FPS-style missions, not just free-for-all shooting. Strategy and teamwork matter.

Is all gear included?

Yes. We provide:

Airsoft guns

Safety equipment

Game materials You just show up ready to play.

How many players per game?

Up to 12 players total

6 players per team

Is it safe?

Yes. Safety briefings are required, referees supervise all matches, and rules are strictly enforced.

What is the minimum age for airsoft?

Recommended for ages 10+.

Players under 16 must be supervised by an adult.

🧩 ESCAPE ROOM

How long is the escape room?

Each escape room experience lasts 60 minutes, plus a short briefing beforehand.

How many people can play?

The escape room is designed for 2–6 players.

Is the escape room scary?

The escape room is PG-13 horror themed:

Suspenseful atmosphere

Mild language

Periods of darkness

Claustrophobia Warning

May get separated from team

Will we really get locked in?

No. You may exit the room at any time. Safety is always the priority.

Can we book a private event?

Yes. Private bookings are available for:

Private events include exclusive use of the space during your session.

🧾 WAIVERS & RULES

Do we need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participants must sign a waiver before playing.

Minors require a parent or guardian signature.

What should we wear?

Comfortable clothes

Closed-toe shoes

Clothes you don’t mind moving

You are outside for all or majority of your visit

What happens if I’m eliminated in airsoft?

If all lives are lost, players are temporarily out unless their team redeems them using game objectives. Full rules are explained before gameplay.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in, waivers, and briefing.

Are walk-ins allowed?

We strongly recommend booking ahead. Walk-ins are accepted only if availability allows. Also, parking is limited, so gates are usually closed until next bookings.
